Full control over your Kiwi Driver account, stored routes and personal data.
How to delete your account and data
You can request or perform account deletion at any time using either of the following methods:
Method 1: Immediate In-App Deletion
To delete your account immediately from within the Kiwi Driver Android application:
- Open the Kiwi Driver app on your phone.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top app bar.
- Scroll down to the red Delete Driver Account card.
- Tap Delete Driver Account and confirm Permanently Delete.
This action permanently erases your Firebase authentication account and clears all locally stored routes and gate memories on your device.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can submit an account deletion request by email:

Subject: Kiwi Driver Account Deletion Request
Please state the mobile phone number or email address associated with your driver account. Do not include passwords or PIN codes.
What data is deleted?
Upon verification of your deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your Firebase authentication profile and user identifiers.
- Any cloud records or diagnostics associated with your account.
- Locally stored route drafts and gate memory (handled immediately upon in-app deletion).
Web requests are verified and completely processed within 30 days.
